At ER2’s Mesa location, we are going through some renovations. We want to continue investing in our Team Members and Partners. The goal is to provide even better environments for our staff to conduct meetings and/or presentations with each other or with our partners.

The latest room to receive some updates was our smaller upstairs conference room. We’ve removed the cabinets and repainted the entire room. Other new features include a new table, stools, and a television. The table we added is made of refurbished pallets from our very own warehouse – made tall enough for standing.

We also added a large picture of a forest. The purpose of this picture is to “see the forest through the trees”, meaning if you look at tasks one at a time one might not notice branches of separate “trees” go together to make a “forest”. In other words, look at the bigger picture.

This conference room will be used for interviews, meetings, and with the new television – we can use our webcam to have more personal meetings with our Memphis team, clients or prospects.
