GENERAL TIPS:
Your trash is someone else’s treasure – respect the
devices so we can refurbish and find them new homes.
Isolate Equipment: Try to keep the equipment being picked up separate from any other equipment. This will help keep the time ER2 is onsite minimal and as efficient as possible.
Upload your Asset List: Make sure to upload you asset list sooner than later in the ER2 Portal! This ensure we have all the right supplies (and enough of them) to pickup everything you need.
Ball Park It: You might not have an asset list at the time you request a pickup – that’s okay! If you can give us rough estimates of how much equipment you’ll have, it will help us begin planning.
Keep Inventoried Items Together: If possible, keep anything that needs to be inventoried separated from things like cables. This will speed up the process and give you more time back.
